This motel is great for the price! Yes, its a bit dated, but I kind of liked that, it had charm. It was cute. The room was very clean, the carpet looked new and so did the mattress. I highly recommend saving some money and staying here next time you visit Athens. It is very close to towne. The family that owns it is very nice. My only complaint is that there is no counter space in the bathroom. 10/10 would recommend!

Stayed here for three nights last week while on a bike trip with a couple of friends while riding the Windy 9's. I love this place! The room is clean, has brand new mattresses, awesome blankets, a flat screen TV, and a great shower! The owners are nice and accommodating. They let us wash our motorcycles with their water and bucket if we wanted to. There is a hot dog/hamburger place a couple hundred feet away that serves real good food. Even walked from the motel and found a geocache (if you know what that is).

Very polite at front desk, room was clean, comfy bed with super soft sheets, heater worked great. Shower water got nice and hot, plenty of channels on TV. For the price I wasn't expecting much but it was nicer than I imagined. Would definitely stay here again. And the location is great.

I thought the couple running this motel were sweet, kind and very considerate. I made a few trips to ask for extra towels cups and such and they were so accommodating. Motel is a little outdated but quite clean and comfortable and if you just need a cheap sleep this certainly fits the bill. This is my new go to motel for staying in Athens. Definetly stay here again!
